Operator printing and manually rotating printing disc with thier hands and fingers less than one (1) inch from a nip point. No method of guarding was provided. Observed on or about 26 March 2013.  c) 1 Grove Street, Mount Vernon, New York, Sub-assembly area. Operation of air powered drill press feed was such that up-down reciprocating action could pinch employees who inadvertently rest their hand near reciprocating piston as it travels.  No method of guarding was provided.  Observed on or about 26 March, 2013
