29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not implemented for required respirator use: a) Wave Solder Operation: An employee was required to use a half-face air purifying respirator with P100 filters and the employer did not implement a written respiratory protection program; on or about 3/25/14. b) Pot Printing Operation: An employee was required to use a half-face air purifying respirator with organic vapor cartridges and the employer did not implement a written respiratory protection program; on or about 3/25/14. NSI Industries, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 900768, citation number 1, item number 2a and was affirmed as a final order on June 12, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 1 Grove Street, Mount Vernon, NY 10550.
