29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:  (a)  The scaffold at the east wall of the building under renovation, at the north west corner of intersection Hwy 49 and Hwy 50, In Dadeville, AL: On March 26, 2013; The employer failed to require the use of hard hats for employees working on the ground and at risk of being struck-by falling objects such as, but not limited to masonry tools and 5 gallon buckets of stucco.

29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports:    (a)  The east wall of the building under renovation at the northwest corner of intersection Hwy 49 and Hwy 50 in Dadeville, AL: On March 26, 2013, the employer failed to protect his employees from fall hazards in that employees were allowed to work from a scaffold that was not fully planked, exposing the employees to falls of up to 13 feet.   The Gonzalez Stucco & Stone, LLC., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 581098, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on September 22, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 2575 Westbury Ct., Auburn, AL  36830.
