29 CFR 1926.454(a): The employer did not have each employee who performed work while on a scaffold trained by a person qualified in the subject matter to recognize the hazards associated with the type of scaffold being used and to understand the procedures to control or minimize those hazards:  a)  At 283 Bentley Ct Auburn, Alabama:  On or about June 2, 2014 and at times prior; the employer failed to train his employees on the hazards associated with scaffolding to include but not limited to the nature of electrical hazards, the proper use of the scaffold and the maximum intended load and the load-carrying capabilities of the scaffold.

29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Platform(s) on all working levels of scaffolds, were not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and guardrail supports:  a)  At 283 Bentley Ct North Wall Auburn, Alabama:  On or about June 2, 2014 and at times prior; the employer failed to protect his employees from fall hazards in that employees were allowed to work from a scaffold that was not fully planked, exposing the employees to a fall hazard of 26 feet to the ground below.  a)  At 283 Bentley Ct West Wall #1 Auburn, Alabama:  On or about June 2, 2014 and at times prior; the employer failed to protect his employees from fall hazards in that employees were allowed to work from a scaffold that was not fully planked, exposing the employees to a fall hazard of 12.9feet to the ground below.  a)  At 283 Bentley Ct West Wall #2 Auburn, Alabama:  On or about June 2, 2014 and at times prior; the employer failed to protect his employees from fall hazards in that employees were allowed to work from a scaffold that was not fully planked, exposing the employees to a fall hazard of 13.7 feet to the ground below.
