THE PYRAMID ROOFING COMPANY WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THE OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11) which was contained in Inspections Number 315537761, Citation 1, Item 1, issued on September 7, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 3910 SW Linden Lane, Lee's Summit, Missouri.
