29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system:     (a). Worksite located at 4407 S. Noland Road, Independence, Missouri- Employee was observed working and walking near the edge of the flat roof without the use of any means of fall protection.    THE PYRAMID ROOFING COMPANY WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THE OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11) which was contained in Inspection Number 1052080, Citation 1, Item 1, issued on April 10, 2015, and was affirmed as a final order date of April 28, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 4763 N. Highland Avenue, Kansas City, Missouri.     THE PYRAMID ROOFING COMPANY WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THE OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11) which was contained in Inspection Number 802581, Citation 1, Item 2, issued on January 17, 2013,and was affirmed as a final order on February 6, 2013,  with respect to a workplace located at 4815 North Oak Trafficway, Gladstone, Missouri.
