29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a) Rogers Walk, Bldg 4300, Mt. Laurel NJ: Three employees of Roncone Construction LLC, installing roof gable trusses on a two story multifamily residential structure under construction, were not protected from falling and were thus exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 20 feet to the ground surface below. Observed on or about 04/02/2013
