On or about July 24, 2013.   b) Roncone Construction, LLC (1200 Ellsworth, Philadelphia): Employees (Laborers) accessed and exited the second floor of the building under construction by using a wooden job-made ladder adjacent to an opening extending approximately 116 inches (9.6 feet) to the lower basement level exposing the employees to fall hazards. The employees were not provided with a means of fall protection at the opening. On or about July 24, 2013.  Roncone Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 909034, citation number 1, item number 1and was affirmed as a final order on September 3, 2013 with respect to a workplace located at Eden Court, Lot 5.04, Lakewood, NJ 08701.
