29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems:    On or about April 5, 2013, at the worksite located at 5125 Northshore Drive in North Little Rock, Arkansas, employees working on an approximately 3:12 pitched metal roof installing flashing trim were not protected from falling to lower level.  Employees were exposed to an approximately 11 ft. fall from elevation.
