29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure that meets a provision described in paragraph (b) of 29 CFR 1926.501. a) 340 Scott Farm Dr. - Employees performing roofing activities on a single family home were exposed to lower level fall hazards of over 25 feet, as there was no means of approved fall protection in use. Sergio Resendiz was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 312778210, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on 10/06/2010 with respect to a workplace located at Laurel Creek Lots 20 - 27, Smyrna, GA 30080
