(a) 214 Avery Street (Lot #44) Marietta, GA; employees were not protected from eye injuries while engaged in roofing activities using a Hitachi NV 45AB2 1 ¾ coil nailer at 120 p.s.i. as this tool was operated without safety glasses.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     (a) 214 Avery (Lot #44), Marietta, GA; Employees were exposed to fall hazards while installing waterproofing material on a steep 8 in 12 pitched, unprotected roof, approximately 22 feet above ground level, were not wearing a personal fall arrest system.      Sergio Resendiz Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 899910, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 8/6/13, with respect to a workplace located at 340 Scott Farm Dr. Powder Springs, GA 30127 and OSHA inspection number 312778210, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/6/10, with respect to a workplace located at Laurel Creek Lot #20, Smyrna, GA 30080.
