29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) On or about 11 April 2013, and times prior to that date, employees were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 6 feet while conducting reroofing activities, without the benefit of fall protection. Note: Legendary Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) or its equivalent which was contained in OSHA inspection 315016584, Citation 1, Item 1a, issued 22 October 2010, with respect to a workplace located at 5564 Prairie Schooner, Colorado Springs, CO 80923. This citation became final on 16 November 2010.
