29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) On or about September 16, 2016, and times prior to that date, the exposing employer, Legendary Roofing, Inc. did not ensure employees were protected from fall hazards in excess of approximately 21 feet while engaged in residential reroofing activities. Note: Legendary Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) or its equivalent which was contained in OSHA inspection 900124, Citation 1, Item 1, issued 20 May 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 1848 Postrock Drive, Colorado Springs, CO 80915. This citation became final on 13 June 2013. Note: Legendary Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) or its equivalent which was contained in OSHA inspection 587399, Citation 1, Item 1, issued 28 August 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 1211 Fosdick Dr., Colorado Springs, CO 80010. This citation became final on 21 September 2012.
