ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED East Pattern & Model Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.22 (a) (1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 494018, Citation Number 2, Item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 8/13/12, with respect to a workplace located at 41 Saginaw Drive, Rochester, New York, 14623

29 CFR 1910.107(g)(2): All spraying areas were not kept as free from the accumulation of deposits of combustible residues as practical, with cleaning conducted daily if necessary: a) On or about 04/12/13 in the paint booth; deposits of flammable paints were visible on the spray booth floor within an area three feet of the filters with cleaning performed on a weekly basis. ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED The East Pattern & Model Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.107 (g) (2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 494018, Citation Number 1, Item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 8/13/12, with respect to a workplace located at 41 Saginaw Drive, Rochester, New York, 14623.
