29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): Where wet processes were used, drainage was not maintained, and false floors, platforms, mats, or other dry standing places were not provided when practicable:    a) At the facility, on or about April 17, 2013 - Employees covering hides with salt were working in standing water.  Two drains were clogged with salt and small pieces of animal hide preventing drainage.
