Some of the items that are not correct about this electrical box are as follows:  1. The front cover is  not approved.  2. The front cover was held in place with a piece of twine.  3. The circuit breakers are not marked.  4. Electrical wiring is run in from the front of the box.  5. Extension cords are used as permanent wiring to the electrical box.  5. Exposed live electrical parts.  6.  The piece of wood that the main circuit breaker was mounted to was not secured in place.
