29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:  a) On or about April 25, 2013, the employer did not provide an eyewash station for quick flushing of the eyes and the body in the immediate vicinity of the South Market warehouse battery charging stations for powered industrial vehicles.   b) On or about April 25, 2013, the employer did not provide an eyewash station for quick flushing of the eyes and body in the immediate vicinity of the chemical storage area at the end of the EDP paint line.   c) On or about April 9 2013, the eyewash station installed in the tool room was not maintained in an adequate condition to ensure quick flushing of the eyes in the event of an emergency.   Abatement Certification Required.
