On or about 04/15/13, Oneale's Transport , Inc., Wilfred Allick Transportation Center- room next to tire repair area, St Croix USVI. Employees worked and walked by acetylene & oxygen gas cylinders which were stored together, left standing near a wall and were not separated. Instance 2. On or about 04/15/2013, O'Neale's Transport, Inc., Wilfred Allick Transportation Center - Vehicle service area, St Croix USVI: Employees worked and walked by acetylene & oxygen gas cylinders which were stored together, left standing near a wall and were not separated. Instance 3.
