The employer did not implement their written hazard communication program to ensure material safety data sheets availability for Brite Products Hi pH Presoak (caustic soda/sodium hydroxide) and labeling of portable containers (hand sprayer) of products such as Formula 88 degreaser (ethylene glycol monobutyl ether) when used and/or handled by employees during top loaders and brutes maintenance operations.
