29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems shall be installed along all open sides and ends of platforms. a. On or about, April 22, 2013, at the above addressed jobsite, employees conducting masonry operations from a tubular welded framed scaffold, seventeen (17) feet eight (8) inches above the ground, were exposed to fall hazards due to the lack of a guardrail system at the end of the outrigger platform. b. On or about, April 22, 2013, at the above addressed jobsite, employees conducting masonry operations from a tubular welded framed scaffold, thirteen (13) feet eight (8) inches above the ground, were exposed to fall hazards due to the lack of a guardrail system at the end of the platform.
