29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above the lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.502(k) developed and implemented: a) 1 Pauline Avenue, Carteret, NJ 07008: Employees were observed performing roofing operations on a 4/12 pitched roof with an eave height of approximately 28' to the ground below with no fall protection in place, exposing them to fall hazards. Condition observed on or about April 18, 2013.
