29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. On or about April 29, 2013, and times prior thereto, an employee was observed working on residential construction roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above the ground level without using any type of fall protection system. This condition exposed an employee to fall hazards.
