29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: Construction Site: On or about December 11, 2014, and at times prior thereto, two employees were working on the front of the roof without any form of fall protection. This condition exposed the employees to a fall greater than six feet. The Celso Valdez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 903064, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on June 20, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 6936 Cactus Thrush, El Paso, TX 79911.
