29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. On or about August 11, 2015, and at times prior thereto, an employee was observed working on the sloped roof of the garage without any form of fall protection. This condition exposed employee to fall hazards greater than 6-feet. Celso Valdez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1013319, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on March 05, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 7400 Cedar, El Paso, TX. 79932. Celso Valdez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 903064, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on June 20, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 6936 Cactus Thrush, El Paso, TX 79911.
