29 CFR 1910.95(g)(5)(i): The employer did not establish, within 6 months of an employee's first exposure at or above the action level, a valid baseline audiogram against which subsequent audiograms can be compared: (a) U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Yuma Sector: On or about 30 April 2013 and a times prior thereto, baseline audiograms were not required to be performed for weapons-carrying employees who are exposed to high levels of continuous and impulsive noise during firearm activities. Employee participation in audiometric testing is voluntary.
