29 CFR 1926.451(b)(3): The front edge of all platforms was not 14 inches (36 cm) or less from the face of the work, and no guardrail systems were erected along the front edge and/or no personal fall arrest systems were used in accordance with paragraph (g) of this section to protect employees from falling:    (a)  MASONIC VILLAGE, TEMPLE - Employees worked from a scaffold at a height of approximately twenty (20) feet, where the front edge of the scaffolding was measured to be approximately twenty-eight inches (28) from the face of the structure where work was being performed, thereby exposing employees to a fall hazard of approximately twenty (20) feet, on or about May 2, 2013.    Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
