Redfield, Inc. dba Titusville Dairy Queen, 4441 State Road, Titusville, PA, Sanitizing/Disinfecting Sink, on or about May 2, 2013, and times prior thereto: Company employees are potentially exposed to eye and/or face hazards from corrosive liquid chemicals. Company employees did not utilize safety goggles, face shield or other form of eye and/or face protection while working with quaternary ammonium compounds, chlorides (Kay brand ClickSan Disinfectant/Sanitizer) during disinfecting/sanitizing operations or during the replacement of the 1 gallon container of the chemical.

Company employees did not utilize gloves while working with the Kay brand ClickSan Disinfectant/Sanitizer during disinfectant/cleaning operations or during the replacement of the 1 gallon container of the chemical.

Redfield, Inc. dba Titusville Dairy Queen, 4441 State Road, Titusville, PA, Sanitizing/Disinfecting Sink, on or about May 2, 2013, and times prior thereto: Company employees work with and around corrosive chemicals, including, but not limited to, quaternary ammonium compounds, chlorides (Kay brand ClickSan Disinfectant/Sanitizer). An emergency eyewash station was not available in the Sanitizing/Disinfecting Sink area for immediate emergency use.
