29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling:   a) Northeast end of the basement: Two 120 volt electrical conductors were capped off with wire nuts, but were left dangling out of the plastic conduit and exposed to damage rather than being connected to machinery or blanked off.    b) Southeast corner of the basement: An electrical hot water heater was located on the bare concrete floor that  was prone to flooding and it is not listed for installation in wet environments.   ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED

29 CFR 1910.305(e)(1): Cabinets, cutout boxes, fittings, boxes, and panel board enclosures in damp or wet locations were not installed to prevent moisture or water from entering and accumulating within the enclosures.     a) East wall of the basement: A 120 volt electrical panel board containing circuit breakers was installed in a manner which allowed water in a flooded basement to enter the panel.   b) North wall of the basement a duplex receptacle outlet,  though provided with weather proof covers was not installed in a manner to prevent water from entering.   c) North wall of the basement:  A Siemens-Allis switch box and supporting conduit are not installed in a manner so that water could not enter.   d) northeast end of the basement: Two 120 volt electrical conductors sticking out from the end of plastic conduit and having wire nuts placed on the end, was not installed in a manner to prevent water from entering.  ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION IS REQUIRED

ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED.
