29 CFR  1910.180(h)(3)(ix): Outriggers were not used when the load to be handled at that particular radius exceeds the rated load without outriggers as given by the manufacturer for that crane:  A) Trident Refit Facility, located at  990 USS Thomas Jefferson Drive, Kings Bay, GA: on or about January 27, 2023, the employer exposed employees to a struck-by hazard in that a crane, lifting a load outside of the crane's rated capacity for lifting without using outriggers, tipped over.
