29 CFR 1910.147(c)(1): The employer did not establish a program consisting of an energy control procedure, employee training and periodic inspections to ensure that before any employee performed any servicing or maintenance on a machine or equipment where the unexpected energing, startup or release of stored energy could occur and cause injury, the machine or equipment shall be isolated from the energy source and rendered inoperative:    At Wright Metal Products Crates LLC: The employer did not develop a written LOTO Program to assist employees in the proper utilization of LOTO while working on and or servicing equipment such as but not limited to  Lenze D-4923 Horizontal Bandsaw. The employer provided the employee performing servicing and maintenance activities with Locks and Tags, however the company does not have a program that is complete with specific energy isolation procedures as well as authorized, affected and other employee training.
