29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.   (a). At the site located on 13184 Royal Pines Ave., Riverview, FL, employees performing frame work to a residential structure, 11-ft above the ground level, without the use of a fall protection system, on or about, 05/14/2013.  First Construction Services, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 316073626, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/14/2011, with respect to a workplace located at 3200 N. Alafaya Trail, Orlando, FL.  First Construction Services was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 316306877, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/03/11, with respect to a workplace located at Holmswood Greens, Lythia, FL.  First Construction Services, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 697438, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/27/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 13162 Royal Pines Ave., Riverview, FL.
