29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.      a)    At the construction site, building 2, two employees installing walls at 32 feet height in areas where guardrails were missing, on or about January 28, 2014.     b)    At the construction site, building 6, one employee was walking on a wall at 9 feet height, on or about January 28, 2014.     The First Construction Services, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 882403, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 06/03/2013 with respect to a workplace located at Building 36 Holly Health Drive in Tampa, Florida.  The First Construction Services, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 907252, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 7/12/13, with respect to a workplace located at 13184 Royal Pines Ave in Riverview, Florida.
