29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) At Lot 12 Woodley Rd Auburn, Alabama: On or about May 16, 2013 and at times prior; the employer failed to ensure employees involved in sheathing activities on a high slope roof were properly using a personal fall arrest system exposing them to fall hazards of 9.5 feet to the ground below. b) At lot 12 Woodley Rd Auburn, Alabama: On or about May 16, 2013 and at times prior; the employer failed to provide fall protection for his employees involved in roofing activities on a high slope roof exposing them to fall hazards of 9.8 feet to the ground below.
