29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) At Lot 2 Millwood Cottages Auburn, Alabama: On or about August 13, 2013 and at times prior; the employer failed to provide fall protection for his employees involved in framing activities on a high slope roof exposing them to fall hazards of 16.3 feet to the ground below. THE JOSE RODRIQUEZ DBA J AND N CONSTRUCTION WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(13), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 903806, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON JULY 2, 2013, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT lOT 41 OAKDALE DR AUBURN, ALABAMA 36830 AND IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 907513, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON JULY2, 2013, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT LOT 12 WOODLEY RD AUBURN, ALABAMA AND IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 897273, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON JULY 2, 2013, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 797 OAKDALE DR AUBURN, ALABAMA.
