29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: (a) Hydrox Mixing Station: On or about May 10, 2013, the employer failed to provide quick drenching facilities for employees that worked with chemicals such as sodium thiocyanate solution, a corrosive chemical with a pH of up to 12.5 and acetic acid 40%-60%, a corrosive chemical with a pH of 1.5.
