29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.     a) On or about 5/21/13 at residential roofing construction site 8981 Michael Douglas Dr., Clarence Center, NY:  Four employees engaged in roofing work were exposed to a potential falls of approx. 10 to 17 ft. from the "rake edge" and front edge of the garage roof, as well as other areas of the roof. The pitch of the roof was approx. 5 in 12. Slide guards were installed partially along the roof edges in various places, however no guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system was being utilized.     NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
