Anrich, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29CFR 1926.1053(b)(16), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 312295413, citation number 01, item number 03, and was affirmed as a final order on 06/08/2010, with respect to a workplace located at Clay and Lombard Streets, Shamokin, PA.
