29 CFR 1910.1026(l)(2)(i)(A): The employer did not provide appropriate information and training for all employees exposed to chromium (VI), in that employees could not demonstrate knowledge of the contents of the Chromium (VI) standard: (a) Dynamic Design & Manufacturing, Inc., 6321 Monarch Park Pl., Niwot, CO 80504: The employer did not ensure that each employee could demonstrate knowledge of the contents of this section in that employees did not receive specific training on the health hazards of hexavalent chromium. This condition exposed employees to a Cr(VI) hazard. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
