This condition exposed employees to electrical shock and electrocution hazards.

29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws: On or about May 22, 2013,The Portable Potty sitting on a trailer behind the Toolpushers Trailer had an electrical cable (208V nominal) with a busted strain relief. The cable going into the structure supplied electricity for the light inside.
