29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) At Lot 132 Cumbria Dr Daphne, Alabama: On or about May 28, 2013 and at times prior; the employer failed to ensure employees involved in framing activities on the roof of a house were using fall protection exposing them to fall hazards of 9 feet to the ground below. THE GONZALEZ CONSWTRUCTION ENTERPRISES, INC WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(13), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 789861, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 2 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON JANUARY 30, 2013, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 7119 ROCKY ROAD LOOP, GULF SHORES, ALABAMA 36542 AND IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 844145, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON MARCH 19, 2013 WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 9592 COBHAM PARK DR, DAPHNE, ALABAMA 36526. .
