29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a) 1292 Fairlawn Drive Semmes, Alabama:  On or about February 20, 2018, and at times prior; the employer allowed and observed his employee(s) performing framing activities while standing on the top plate without fall protection, exposing them to a fall hazard of approximately nine (9) feet to the concrete floor and ground below.  The Gonzalez Construction Enterprises, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 911249, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on July 07, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 4115 Augusta Dr, Gulf shores, Alabama 36542.  The Gonzalez Construction Enterprise, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 908722, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on July 07, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at lot 132 Cumbria Drive, Daphne, Alabama 36526.
