29 CFR 1926.451(f)(6): Scaffolds were erected, used, dismantled, altered, or moved such that they, or any conductive material handled on them, could have come closer than the minimum distances established for specific voltages as set forth in the table in subparagraph (f)(6):   On or about May 29, 2013 during construction activities to install plaster material on the outside of a building  the employer failed to ensure a metal fabricated frame scaffold erected and used by employees was a minimum of 10 feet from an uninsulated and energized 440 volt power line. The 440 volt power line was touching the scaffold frame and passing through the working section of the scaffold.
