29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided: (a)Victor Araujo Construction at 1323 Armstrong Dr., Longmont, CO 80504: On May 30, 2013 the employer did not ensure an employee was protected from injury, in that an employee engaged in construction operations on a wood frame residential construction without the use of fall protection. This condition exposed the employees to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet. The Victor Araujo Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 524499, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 8, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 2232 Hecla Drive, Louisville, CO 80027.
