29 CFR 1926.452(c)(2): Frames and panels shall be braced by cross, horizontal, or diagonal braces, or combination thereof, which secure vertical members together laterally. The cross braces shall be of such length as will automatically square and align vertical members so that the erected scaffold is always plumb, level, and square. All brace connections shall be secured.  a) South Side of the Building, #612, 2nd Floor - A mason foreman was working on a tubular welded frame scaffold which was missing cross braces exposing him to a 30 foot fall hazard, on or about 05/30/13. 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:   a) North Side of the Building, #612 - A mason foremen was observed using an unguarded the ramp to enter and exit the building exposing him to a 9 foot fall onto the basement patio deck, on or about 05/30/13.   b) South Side of the Building, #612, 2nd Floor - A mason foreman and helpers were observed working near an unguarded window/door opening exposing him to a 16 foot fall hazard, on or about 05/30/13.   No Abatement Documentation Or Certification Required
