29 CFR 1910.1030(g)(2)(iv): Annual training for employees with occupational exposure was not provided within one year of their previous training: a. Establishment - Employees working as EMT's had not received annual training on bloodborne pathogens and the Exposure Control Plan. Abatement note: After the initial training, the employer shall provide annual training for all employees within one year of their previous training. The training shall be provided at no cost to the employee and during working hours. The employer shall ensure employee participation in the training program. Training records shall include the information described in 1910.1030(h)(2)(1)(A) through (D); and these records shall be maintained for 3 years from the date on which the training occurred.
