29 CFR 1910.95(k)(1): The employer did not train each employee who is exposed to noise at or above an 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1910.95(k). The employer did not institute a training program and ensure employee participation in the program:     a.) Facility - Perforated Tube Works (PTW) - on or about 6/11/13, the employer has determined that employees working in this area of the facility are exposed to equivalent noise levels of 88.4 dBA as a time-weighted average.  The employer has a full hearing conservation program for the full time employees, including training, however, the temporary employees have not been provided hearing conservation training, as required.  The employer did not train each employee who is exposed to noise at or above an 8-hr time-weighted average of 85 dBA in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1910.95(k).     Training shall include:     -The effects of noise on hearing;   -The purpose of hearing protection, the advantages, disadvantages, and attenuation of various types, and instruction on selection, fitting, use, and care; and,   -The purpose of audiometric testing, and an explanation of the test procedures.     ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
