TRICON TIMBER,LLC WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1910.147(d)(4)(i) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 192171, CITATION NUMBER 01, ITEM NUMBER 006c. THIS ITEM BECAME FINAL ORDER ON 9/13/2012.
