29 CFR 1910.265(c)(4)(iv): Elevated platform(s), 4 feet or more from the floor level, were not provided with a standard railing: (a) 2x6 Stacker: On or about October 19, 2015 and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately eight feet to the ground below while working and walking on the unguarded elevated walkway. (b) 2x4 Stacker: On or about October 19, 2015 and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately five feet to the ground below while working and walking on the unguarded elevated walkway. TRICON TIMBER, LLC WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD, WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 192171, CITATION 01, ITEM NUMBER 2b AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON SEPTEMBER 13 2012, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 162 OLD MILL LOOP, SAINT REGIS, MONTANA 59866.
