Jenidas, Inc. DBA Gene Davis Sales & Services- On or about June 20, 2013 , and times prior thereto: Company employees were working with and around hazardous substances including, but not limited to, Welding Fumes and Ethanol while performing metal fabrication processes. Company employees were not provided effective information and training about hazardous chemicals in the workplace.
