29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(iv): Employee(s) working in an aerial lift were sitting or climbing on the edge of the basket: On or about June 27, 2013, the employer did not ensure that all employees working from the JLG Aerial Lift were not climbing or sitting on the edge of the basket to prevent them from falling. The employee was sitting on the building wall ledge 16 feet high without any means of fall protection and entered the boom basket by climbing over the top rail and jumping into the basket.
